WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS DIVERSE BUSINESS CONNECTIONS OFFERS?

Diverse Business Connections offers a variety of space for your needs:

  • Drop-in/Flex Space Membership - when you need a place to work or meet for the day or a few hours.

  • Dedicated Desk Membership - offers you a personal space you can go back to whenever you want. With our dedicated desk membership you get to have a personal desk and permanent space you use every time in a shared area.

  • Virtual Membership - use the Diverse Business Connections address as your own address for mail and Google Listing. Provides you a business address to work remotely or from home? We've got you covered. With your Virtual Membership, we will collect and store your mail at our location in Carson City and notify you when mail has come in.

  • Private / Executive Office Membership - our private/executive office membership offers 24/7 access to the building and your office. The private office memberships are designed for small groups consisting of one to three people. They give you the privacy and quiet you need to do your work productively while still getting the benefits of a shared work spaces. The executive office membership is the same, except our executive offices have an external and internal door for extra privacy when clients do not want to enter through an office and reception area. 

  • Community Member is the default membership. There is no cost to sign up under the community membership. Being a community member you are invited to attend all any any events and workshops. You can also host and rent out the event and meeting spaces at a discounted rate.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COWORK SPACE AND TRADITIONAL OFFICE SPACE

Co-working is a shared office space focused on building a great community not just filling office spaces. In our community, you’re a member, not a tenant who just rents an office. You join whatever membership plan works for you.

 

Need a space for a couple of hours a day or a couple of hours a week, a dedicated desk, an office with a window we have space for you.

When you join our co-working membership, your workplace is ready the day you join. All of our memberships are fixed fees, month-to-month with additional amenities and perks provided so you and your business can thrive.

​

Traditional office leases you need to figure out price per square foot, utilities, internet, taxes, maintenance, etc., unless included in the lease as well as commit to a long-term lease sometimes 12 months or longer.

Our membership plans are great for individuals and small businesses. We have a Community Space Manager on-site to answer questions, greet visitors, and access our weekly and monthly event programs.
